The troopers’ armor was originally red, but Wolffe changed it to blue-gray to honor the many comrades who were lost in the battle. Only luck, ingenuity and the unyielding determination of Plo Koon kept them alive. At the Battle of Abregado, the entire battalion was decimated, losing only Wolffe, Sinker and Boost.

Wolffe would fight on planets such as Felucia, Kadavo and rescue Jedi on planets Lola Sayu and Vanqor. She killed several troops of the regiment and broke Wolffe's helmet with her saber, cutting out his eye in the process. Wolffe and the 104th went with Koon to planet in order to stop Dark Jedi Assassin Asajj Ventress. Wolffe is later seen with only one biological organic eye and a cybernetic. The four were rescued by Jedi Anakin Skywalker and Ahsoka Tano. During a search for a Separatist super weapon, the 104th's cruisers and crew were all destroyed, save for Jedi General Plo Koon, Wolffe, and trooper Sinker and Boost. The Battalion, nicknamed the Wolfpack after their leader were seen at many battles. Commander CC-3636, nicknamed Wolffe, was the leader of the 104th Battalion.
